Myself (incoming student) and an incoming instructor at FMY are looking for a third roommate to share a 3 bed/3 bath near the Cape Coral downtown. It will be a short-term lease from October to the end of February with the option to extend the lease month-to-month. The unit is a newly renovated duplex and is furnished.
